Exchange Students (non-degree students)

“Exchange students" are students from partner universities who come to INPL for a period of study or a placement in a laboratory (from 1 to 2 semesters) within the framework of an exchange agreement between INPL and their home university: European universities within the Socrates/Erasmus Scheme, Partner Universities in North or South America, Asia and Africa in or within various networks or international programs (GE4, CREPUQ, AUF) etc.

Candidates must have completed at least two years of higher studies in their home university.

Exchange students can spend one to two semesters at INPL either to take classes or to carry out a research project in a laboratory.  They will not obtain a degree but their period of study will be validated by their home University through transfer of credits.

Students will be able to select courses from the syllabus from different semesters bearing in mind that this may cause difficulties due to conflicting schedules. It is therefore advisable to select courses from within the same year of study. Applicants should fill in the enclosed exchange application, and learning agreement forms (pdf files). The student who wishes to do a project in a laboratory should indicate on the learning agreement the topic of the project.
